If you already know Commission Hero, stop and read this before you do anything else.
Because Robby Blanchard's new program isn't a re-skin of the old one. And if you assume it is, you're going to make an expensive mistake ... in one direction or the other.
I'm going to break down Telehealth Profits vs Commission Hero properly. What actually changed. What didn't. And which one you should be in right now.
Here's my angle, so you know exactly what you're reading.
I'm a member of Robby's Commission Hero program. I've been inside it. I know how the training is built, how he teaches paid traffic, and what the community is actually like.
So this isn't some affiliate guessing from the outside. This is a comparison from someone who's already paid for one of these two things.

The short history: Commission Hero → Hero+ → now
Commission Hero launched back in 2019, on the back of Robby winning ClickBank's #1 affiliate title.
The model was simple and it worked. Run Facebook ads to high-converting ClickBank offers, mostly in health and weight loss. Master the creative, master the targeting, scale what converts.
Then came Hero+, which layered on more of the advanced material.
And now Robby's new program takes the same paid-traffic engine and points it somewhere very different.
Telehealth. Specifically, the GLP-1 weight-loss telehealth offers that have gone vertical over the last two years.
You'll also see the underlying program referred to as the Freedom Affiliate Formula. Same house, new room.
Which raises the only question that actually matters to you ...
Telehealth Profits vs Commission Hero: what actually changed
Here's the honest side-by-side.
| Commission Hero | Telehealth Profits | |
|---|---|---|
| The offers | ClickBank offers, largely health and supplement | Telehealth offers, including the GLP-1 weight-loss space |
| Payout per conversion | Roughly $40–$50 on a typical supplement offer | Roughly $200–$300 per conversion |
| Refunds & clawbacks | A constant tax on supplement offers | Prescription services don't refund the way supplements do |
| Getting paid | Standard affiliate payout cycles | Networks commonly pay weekly or bi-weekly |
| Traffic | Paid ads, Facebook-led | Paid ads, Facebook-led, with YouTube and TikTok as add-ons |
| The tooling | Largely manual: you build the pages, write the copy, make the creatives | AI software suite generates compliant landing pages, ad copy and creatives |
| Ad account risk | Constant worry about claims that get you banned | Whitelisting and compliant templates via the doctor scripts |
| Offer access | Open ClickBank marketplace | Private network rolodex, plus early access to new offers |
| Who it suits | Anyone learning paid affiliate traffic from scratch | Anyone who wants the same skills aimed at a higher-paying vertical |
Look down that right-hand column again.
Two things jump out ... and they're the two things that decide whether you make money in this game or grind for a year and quit.
The two differences that matter
Difference #1: the payout math.
Here are the two numbers that explain this entire pivot.
A typical ClickBank weight-loss supplement pays you somewhere around $40 to $50 a conversion.
A telehealth offer pays somewhere around $200 to $300.
Now think about what doesn't change between those two scenarios.
Your ad costs don't change. A click costs what a click costs. Facebook doesn't give you a discount for promoting the cheaper offer.
The skill doesn't change. Same creative testing. Same targeting. Same optimization.
The effort doesn't change. Same hours, same work, same everything.
And this isn't the offers being generous. It's arithmetic on their end.
A supplement buyer is a one-off bottle of pills. A telehealth patient is a recurring prescription customer worth many hundreds over their lifetime. Paying you a couple of hundred to bring one in is just good business for them.
Which means the margin you're fighting for at $40 a conversion ... you're simply handed at $250.
One bad test week on a supplement offer and you're underwater. On a telehealth offer, you can afford to be wrong while you learn.
That's not a small tweak. That's the difference between a business that survives its learning curve and one that quietly dies during it.
Difference #2: the AI suite kills the bottleneck.
Ask anyone who's done Commission Hero properly what actually slowed them down.
It wasn't the strategy. It was the grind. Building landing pages. Writing ad copy. Producing creative after creative after creative, most of which die.
That grind is where people stall. It's where the motivation leaks out and the course goes unfinished on a hard drive.
The AI suite is aimed squarely at that bottleneck ... pages, copy and creatives generated in minutes instead of nights and weekends.
Take the thing that stopped most people last time, and remove it. That's the play.
The Commission Hero problem nobody likes talking about
There's a third difference, and honestly it might be the biggest one of all.
If you've never run supplement offers, this won't land. Skip ahead.
If you have, you already know exactly what I'm about to say.
Refunds.
You have a great week. You're profitable. You scale up, because that's what you're supposed to do.
Then three weeks later the refunds land, and quietly eat the profit you already reinvested into ads.
You didn't do anything wrong. You just promoted a $49 bottle of capsules to someone who felt buyer's remorse on a Tuesday.
Clawbacks have killed more affiliate businesses than bad targeting ever has. They're the silent tax on the entire supplement model, and every experienced media buyer has been mauled by them at least once.
Telehealth is structurally different. These are prescriptions, written by licensed doctors, for people who actively want the medication and went looking for it. That is not the same animal as an impulse supplement buy at 2am.
The refund dynamics simply aren't comparable.
Now stack all of it together. Five to six times the commission. Refunds that don't come back to haunt you. Networks that tend to pay weekly rather than making you wait. And AI doing the production work that used to eat your evenings.
That's not a better version of Commission Hero.
That's a different business wearing the same skill set.
Robby walks through this whole comparison himself on his free training ... including the payout math, which is worth seeing with real numbers in front of you.
So is Commission Hero still worth it?
Straight answer: the skills absolutely still hold up.
Paid traffic is paid traffic. Creative testing is creative testing. Nothing Robby taught in Commission Hero has stopped working.
But here's the uncomfortable part, and I'm saying it as someone who paid for that program.
If you're choosing today, from scratch, between learning this model on $40 supplement offers versus learning the exact same model on $250 telehealth offers, with AI doing your production work and no clawbacks eating your profit ...
That's not a hard call. That's barely a call at all.
Same teacher. Same core skills. Five times the payout. Less grunt work.
And if you're already a Commission Hero member? Then you've got an unfair advantage here, because you already know how to run the traffic. You're not learning from zero. You're just pointing skills you already have at an offer that pays properly.
Which Robby Blanchard program should you actually join?
Robby's new program is the right move if you're:
- Starting from scratch and want to learn paid traffic on a vertical that pays properly
- An existing Commission Hero member who wants to redeploy those skills on bigger offers
- Already running ads and sick of scraping margin off low-payout supplement offers
- Someone who'd rather have AI produce the pages and creatives than spend nights building them
- Willing to treat this like a real business, with a real (if small) test budget
And to be straight with you, it's the wrong move if you want free traffic, instant results, or something that runs without you. That's not what Robby teaches, in either program.
My verdict
Commission Hero taught the skill. This one aims it at the money.
If I were starting over today, I know exactly which door I'd walk through ... and it isn't the 2019 one.
