Dominate Marketing (“Dominate Marketing“) operates DominateMarketing.com and may operate other websites. It is Dominate Marketing’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

1. Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Dominate Marketing collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. In addition to our use of technologies as described herein, we may permit certain third party companies to help us tailor advertising that we think may be of interest to you based on your use of Dominate Marketing Sites and/or Services and to otherwise collect and use data about your use of Dominate Marketing Sites and/or Services. We have implemented Google Analytics features based on Display Advertising  (Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Settings. In addition, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on to disable tracking by Google Analytics. We will use the data provided by Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting to develop the site, content and our advertising around our users’ interests.

2. How We Use Information

Business Transfers

If Dominate Marketing, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Dominate Marketing goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that are transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer of Dominate Marketing may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

This website uses Google AdWords

This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an inquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Dominate Marketing website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page, and if you want to you can
opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or
permanently using a browser plugin.

Ads appearing on any of our websites may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by Dominate Marketing and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

3. Children Under 13

We do not knowingly seek or collect Personal Information from users under the age of 13, except to the extent that Dominatemarketing.com may collect limited personal information from students (but not their email addresses), but only where that student’s school or school district, has contracted with Dominatemarketing.com to collect the personal information from students for the educational context authorized by the school or school district. Children under 13 years old are not allowed to create an account without a parent’s or guardian’s express consent. We recommend that minors over the age of 13 ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet.

We require schools or school districts to obtain parental or guardian consent from a students’ parent or guardian before collecting any such student Personal Information. If you are a student, please do not send any Personal Information about yourself to us, other than what we request from you when you sign up for any of our Sites and/or Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a student without parental or guardian consent being obtained by his or her school or school district, or if we learn a student has provided us Personal Information beyond what we request when he or she signs up for any of our Sites and/or Services, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a student may have provided us Personal Information beyond what is requested when signing up for any of our Sites and/or Services, or that a student’s school or school district has not obtained parental or guardian consent, please contact us at sayed[at]dominatemarketing.com.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Policy, if you are a student as described above, and your parent or guardian signed up for our Sites and/or Service with a password or access ID provided by your school, you understand that your parent or guardian may be able to view all information within or associated with your account, including, without limitation, messages between you and your teacher and grades you received on your assignment.

Users under 13 years of age who are not students as described above, your continued use of the Site and/or Service will be considered by Dominatemarketing.com as confirmation that your parent or guardian has expressly consented to the handling of your Personal Information as described in this Policy as further indicated in the opening paragraph of this Policy.

4. Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Dominate Marketing may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Dominate Marketing’s sole discretion.
